Erin S. Dutton is the Founder and President of BIG SKY PACKAGING, a global packaging solutions company serving beauty, personal care, fragrance, wellness, wine and spirits, and consumer products brands. With more than two decades of industry experience, Erin leads the company’s strategic growth, business development initiatives, global manufacturing partnerships, and customer relationships.
As President, she oversees corporate strategy, financial performance, operational planning, supplier network development, and long-term growth initiatives. BIG SKY PACKAGING was built around the philosophy of serving as an extension of its customers’ packaging teams providing the expertise and resources necessary to support brands at every stage of development.
Through a hands-on leadership style and strategic perspective, Erin works closely with customers to improve supply chain performance, reduce risk, accelerate speed to market, and strengthen brand value.

Michael brings more than two decades of experience in the beauty, personal care, and consumer products industries, including over 15 years in financial leadership roles. He oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth strategy — helping position BIG SKY PACKAGING for sustained success through disciplined, analytical decision-making.
David brings extensive experience in packaging development, manufacturing coordination, and customer consultation. He serves as a bridge between customer objectives and manufacturing realities — helping brands navigate technical decisions while balancing functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, cost, and production requirements.
Jon supports customer growth through strategic packaging solutions and brand development, working across beauty, fragrance, personal care, wellness, wine and spirits, and consumer products. He is responsible for new business development, customer relationship management, and sales strategy — known for his responsiveness and relationship-focused approach.
With more than five years at BIG SKY PACKAGING, Ernesto serves as a central point of communication between customers, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and internal teams. He oversees production coordination, logistics planning, inventory oversight, and issue resolution — keeping programs on schedule and supply chains transparent.
Julia supports customer programs from development through execution, coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication at every stage. Recognized for her organizational precision and proactive communication style, she helps maintain a positive customer experience while driving efficient cross-functional collaboration.
